The mission of BFA is to develop young adults with character like America’s founding Renaissance man, Benjamin Franklin: well-read, scientifically curious, and civically engaged. BFA students are challenged through a sequenced curriculum that emphasizes math, science, and literacy. The BFA STEM Committee organizes several events and activities throughout the year to enrich science, technology, engineering, and math education for students.
The STEM Committee is always looking for volunteers…even if you are not a rocket scientist! We invite you to join us at our monthly meetings on the first Wednesday of every month, or sign up to host a table at the STEM Expo, or judge projects at the Science Fair! Contact the STEM Committee via email.
