We’re looking forward to seeing some of you tonight, Feb. 13, or Thursday, Feb. 15, for conferences! A friendly reminder, K-4 parents please be mindful of your time slot. Parents of students in grades 5-8, we’ll see you for drop-in conferences from 4:15 – 8 p.m. (Reminder: the dinner break is from 5:30 – 6 p.m.).

Tonight, Feb. 13, National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) will offer Parent-Teacher conference childcare for children who are no longer in diapers. Parents can take their child(ren) to the Makerspace Room located on the second floor and sign them in. At that time, parents/guardians will leave a phone number that can be used to reach them during conferences. Children who misbehave will need to be picked up immediately, and all children will need to be picked up by 8 p.m. (any child remaining after 8 p.m. will be taken to their parents). NJHS students will only be able to watch 20 children at a time, so please be respectful of others needing childcare (for example, don’t bring your middle school student to the Makerspace requesting child care). And, of course, parents may not drop off children and then leave the building.

We hope to offer childcare from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15, but we’re still trying to fill some volunteer slots for the 6-8 p.m. timeframe. We will let you know on Thursday morning if childcare will be available.
